There was a time when I could dial down my expectations and enjoy a direct-to-video action film for what it is. Perhaps those days are over, or maybe 'Forced to Fight' is simply a bad movie regardless of format.
You don't watch a film like this expecting Academy Award caliber acting, but the performances here make those in your average Sy-Fy 'Sharktapus vs. Hammer Head Chiuaua' flicks look like Masterpiece Theater. They're so bad in fact that they make villain Peter Weller look like Olivier by comparison. And the script... let's forget about the script. The producers apparently did.
Of course all of this could be forgiven if the most crucial element of a fight flick—the fighting—was even remotely exciting. Oh it's technically competent I suppose. These guys are all the real deal. But the choreography and staging is flat and repetitive. After about the fifth or sixth bout my eyes began glazing over and I seriously contemplated "tapping out" my self.
'Forced to Fight' is a bottom of the barrel waste of 100 minutes. Avoid at all costs.

Just watched Interstellar in imax 70mm. Science Fiction fans can read on, everyone else can skip. Movie is a visual masterpiece. Like his earlier movies, Christopher Nolan once again proved, how big a movie can be! There were some shots,which made audience go crazy..Some scenes were as epic as 2001: A Space Odyssey. Do not go into the theatre expecting an action packed cerebral thriller. This one is not for action fans. At times, movie go highly sentimental( Matthew McConaughey does what he is best in and supposed to). I recommend this movie to all the Sci-Fi fans out there, make sure you go in group of sci-fi nuts!! Do not go with the hype..Go, sit back and enjoy. Just like Inception, this movie will be known as great after few months(I know people who said Inception was a crap when it released, and after few months rating it 10/10 in IMDb :D). I don't wanna spoil anything(If you want PM me). Also, make sure you go to the best theatre close to you. (If you loved Donnie Darko, 2001: A Space Odyssey, this is the one for you, Get ready to get mind blown!!) Interstellar Movie is EPIC in all sense!!

"Somethings are priceless." Elsa (MacLaine) is an older woman who isn't happy with anyone or anything. When recently widowed Fred (Plummer) moves in next door the two become fast friends. The friendship develops into more and the two find out that it's never too late to find love. Until Elsa's life turns out to not be what Fred expected. The first thing I have to say is that this was a pretty good movie. Plummer and MacLaine have great chemistry but that is to be expected from two legendary actors like them. The fact that those two are in it is the reason that the movie rises above being a cheesy cookie cutter love story. There really aren't any real surprises in this and goes pretty much how you would expect. All that said I am 35 and this movie isn't really geared toward me at all. I'm sure an older crowd will relate to this better and they will probably find it more enjoyable than I did. Overall, a movie that was OK and I liked it but if I was 40 years older I probably would be able to relate to this better and love it. I give it a B.

Lingaa (2014)
Lingaa is an upcoming Tamil action thriller film being directed by K. S. Ravikumar, who also scripted the film in collaboration with the film's dialogue writer, Pon Kumaran. The film stars Rajinikanth playing dual role, Jagapati Babu, Anushka Shetty and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. Music is being composed by A. R. Rahman while cinematography was headed by R. Rathnavelu. This is slated to get released only in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi language.

There 2 Rajini story and both are directed very well and very amazing to showing Rajini with Young.
Big plus for Rajini fans. Mostly positive on this movie.
Only I felt in the movie was sudden slow or moving film slow at old Rajini. May if this showed fast then it is very excellent.
Definitely you can watch this movie and enjoy it.

No proper connection between the first 10 minutes war of the crusaders and the Chinese war! The crusaders war was intended to fight the Muslim from capturing Jerusalem the holy city!
They are not connected at all! Why someone becomes all of sudden Robin hood and fights a war that it is not his?
How and when the crusaders learned Chinese???????
Nickolas Cage he didn't lead this story, he could have done better job than this!

24 October 2014 Film of Choice at The Plaza Dorchester This Morning - The Book of Life. An unusual animation from the stable of Jorge R Gutierrez. Joaquin, Maria and Manolo are best friends who are torn apart when Maria is sent to Europe to calm her wild ways. The two boys are both in love with her and when she returns, they compete for her affections unaware their lives are being controlled by the two Lords of the Underworlds, who have set a wager on the outcome of their love triangle. La Muerta is the mistress of the beautiful and vibrant Land of The Remembered, whilst Xibalba is the discontented ruler of the Land of The Forgotten. The characters were portrayed as wooden puppet style people, yet when they entered the Land of The Remembered they became exquisitely carved skeletons. The animation was amazing. Apart from all the characters in in three lands I found myself avidly watching the backgrounds. The colours were so vibrant and the details were so beautifully worked. This film was set around the Mexican Day of The Dead and the whole feel of it came across as one glorious fiesta. Another animation triumph and a spectacular musical score to match.
